Preheat your grill to medium-high. Brush the salmon filets with chili garlic sauce. Place a couple of lemon slices on top of each filet for an extra zesty flavor.
After the grill has been heated, position the salmon fillets on the grill grates with the skin side facing down. Grill each side for approximately 5 minutes, or until the salmon can be easily flaked with a fork and exhibits attractive grill marks. Take the salmon off the heat and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
In a food processor or blender, puree the rice vinegar, blackberries, honey, ginger, lemongrass, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined and smooth. Then, we have the blackberry sauce.
Once the salmon is done, transfer it to plates and spoon the blackberry sauce on top. Garnish with fresh blackberries and serve with your favorite summer sides.
