Easy Mango Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 peeled, seeded, and diced mango
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper, minced
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 1 fresh jalapeño, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of minced cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Peel the mango and slice off the sides. Cut the mango flesh into small, bite-sized cubes and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Dice the red bell pepper and red onion into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the mango cubes.
  • Finely chop the cilantro and jalapeño, then add them to the mixing bowl.
  • Squeeze lime juice over the mixed ingredients and sprinkle a pinch of salt for flavor enhancement.
  • Gently mix all ingredients with a spoon, ensuring the fruit remains intact.
  • Taste the salsa and adjust the seasoning with more lime juice, jalapeño, or salt as needed.
  • Chill the salsa in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve the chilled mango salsa with your favorite dishes or as a refreshing side salad.
