Ingredients
1 peeled, seeded, and diced mango
¼ cup red bell pepper, minced
1 chopped green onion
1 fresh jalapeño, minced
2 tablespoons of minced cilantro
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions
Peel the mango and slice off the sides. Cut the mango flesh into small, bite-sized cubes and place in a large mixing bowl.
Dice the red bell pepper and red onion into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the mango cubes.
Finely chop the cilantro and jalapeño, then add them to the mixing bowl.
Squeeze lime juice over the mixed ingredients and sprinkle a pinch of salt for flavor enhancement.
Gently mix all ingredients with a spoon, ensuring the fruit remains intact.
Taste the salsa and adjust the seasoning with more lime juice, jalapeño, or salt as needed.
Chill the salsa in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Serve the chilled mango salsa with your favorite dishes or as a refreshing side salad.
