Ingredients
12 large eggs
3 tbsp of mayonnaise
2 tbsp of barbecue sauce
1 tsp of hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 pinch of fresh ground black pepper
1 pinch of kosher salt
1 tbsp of yellow mustard
2 finely chopped scallions
1 pinch of smoked paprika
Instructions
Begin by boiling the eggs for about 9 minutes, then rinsing under cold water for 1 minute.
Once cooled and halved, remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl.
Add mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, hot sauce, kosher salt, black pepper, and yellow mustard to the egg yolks and mix until smooth.
Mix in the chopped scallions and adjust seasoning to taste.
Fill the egg whites with the prepared filling using a piping bag or spoon.
Garnish with smoked paprika and additional chopped scallions.
