Ingredients
  

  • 12 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp of barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp of hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 pinch of fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp of yellow mustard
  • 2 finely chopped scallions
  • 1 pinch of smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Begin by boiling the eggs for about 9 minutes, then rinsing under cold water for 1 minute.
  • Once cooled and halved, remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, hot sauce, kosher salt, black pepper, and yellow mustard to the egg yolks and mix until smooth.
  • Mix in the chopped scallions and adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Fill the egg whites with the prepared filling using a piping bag or spoon.
  • Garnish with smoked paprika and additional chopped scallions.
  • Serve and enjoy your delicious barbecue deviled eggs!
